If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy from when your order was delivered. Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Only items purchased from clecosmetics.com are eligible for returns or exchanges. For products purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
If you purchased the $1.98 Re:do Coverage: You can return your item(s) free of charge for an exchange or store credit through the Re:do portal page. Kindly be aware that, specifically for refunds you are responsible for the cost of the return label.
If you didn’t purchase the $1.98 Re:do Coverage: You will be responsible for the cost of the return label when returning your item(s) for an exchange, store credit, or refund through the Re:do portal page.
CLE is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.
