CLE Cosmetics currently ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to the following international locations: Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, and the United Kingdom
Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable at this time.
To ensure timely arrival, we will not ship to P.O. Boxes and regions where USPS does not provide end to end tracking. If a different shipping method is required, please email email@example.com.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for free shipping benefits or free returns.
International Payment Methods
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept debit cards at this time.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
International Shipping Information
CLE Cosmetics offers the following flat rate international shipping costs.
All Approved International Regions: $15 USD on orders over $75 USD
For orders under the stated threshold above the client pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
Orders must be placed by 08:00 GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted to ground-only transport, due to air transportation restrictions and regulations. These items will not be eligible for international shipment.
Only items purchased from CLE Cosmetics Online Store is eligible for return & exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused or defective merchandise within 45 days for a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund, the merchandise must be postmarked within 45 days from the day of the day the order shipped.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.
All returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow approximately 14 days from the date of the receipt of the returned merchandise to process returns. We will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Return of Purchases by Mail
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
Step 1: Fill out the Return Form included in your original shipment.
Step 2: Contact CLE Cosmetics at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return instructions and return mailing address will be sent via email
Step 3: Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.
Step 4: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.
Step 5: Notify CLE cosmetics the Carrier and Tracking Information used.
Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.
