Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com is eligible for return. We are unable to provide a full refund for any opened products. If the product is unused, unopened and contained in the original package unopened, we will be able to provide a full refund within 14 days after you receive your package.
Please contact us at info@clecosmetics.com with your order number to start your exchange or return process.

If you send your return package without notifying us beforehand, please note we cannot refund you.

Please note: CLĒ is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. CLĒ is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges

International Returns

Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com is eligible for return and exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), any unused, unopened or defective item in the original package within 30 days is accepted for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, the merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.


Please contact us at info@clecosmetics.com with your order number to start your exchange or return process. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.


All refunds are credited to your original form of payment.

Please note: It may take up to 14 business days for the payment to return to your original form of payment after the refund has been processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your statement.
