CLĒ offers the following flat rate international shipping costs:
All Approved International Regions: $15 USD on orders over $75 USD
For orders under the stated threshold (located above), the client pays for the shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
Orders must be placed by 08:00PM GMT or 01:00PM PST to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com is eligible for return and exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), any unused, unopened or defective item in the original package within 30 days is accepted for a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund, the merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

Instructions for International Returns
- Fill out the return form included in your original shipment.
- Place your item(s) in the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
- After the package is sent, please notify us of the mail carrier and tracking number used!
Return shipping fees are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed.
