CLĒ currently ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and to the following international locations:

New Zealand
South Korea
United Kingdom

Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable at this time. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for free shipping benefits or free returns.

Shipping Delivery

Orders typically arrive as scheduled but due to shipping transfers or customs from USPS or UPS and depending on the mail carrier used, it may delay the arrival of your package. CLĒ is not responsible for shipping deliveries and/or delays due to shipping transfers or customs from USPS or UPS once the package leaves the U.S. Thank you for your understanding.

International Shipping

CLĒ offers the following flat rate international shipping costs:
For orders under the stated threshold (located above), the client pays for the shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
Orders must be placed by 08:00PM GMT or 01:00PM PST to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

International Returns

Only items purchased from our online store at is eligible for return and exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), any unused, unopened or defective item in the original package within 30 days is accepted for a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund, the merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

All refunds are credited to your original form of payment.

Please note: It may take up to 14 business days for the payment to return to your original form of payment after the refund has been processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your statement.

For damaged or defective items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

Instructions for International Returns

- Fill out the return form included in your original shipment.
- Place your item(s) in the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
- After the package is sent, please notify us of the mail carrier and tracking number used!

Return shipping fees are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Methods

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed.
- Please make sure to spell your city | province | territory correctly.

- Please avoid using abbreviations unless the information appears on your statement as so.

- If needed, please contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

- If your shipping address cannot be verified, your order will be delayed. Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order!
